Blurring of Chromatic Alternation

The program generates blurring and shifting of various distributions of the input image pixels changed with the alternator depend on numbers given by the hash. Random color of the white square input image stroke is the source of all color values.

Polydiagonal multiplier: determines the shape of the fractal {0, 1, 2, 4, 8, …, 256}
Segmentation: {on, off}
Subdivision movement: {up, stable, down}
Angle: {-45°, 0°, 45°}
Side: {left, right}
Direction: {left, right}
Alternator module: every which value of the input image tones is changed to 0 {2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7}
Gear: the number of extra blur and alternator per frame {1, 2, 3}
Input saturation: {0, low, high}
