I've been obsessed with drawing machines for over 20 years. Hash Machine is based on one of my favourite and one of my simplest mechanisms - arms of various lengths rotate on a fixed pivot moving up and down. A seemingly simple interaction, which builds beautiful and complex works. I love to sit and stare at them as they evolve, or leave them running and come back to find delightful. Hope you enjoy your very own drawing machine too.
