Much of generative art is adding massive amounts of very small randomizations to otherwise mundane and simple drawing.

For this piece, the mundane part is "draw 20 arcs on the screen." We then add random colors from carefully chosen palettes, rotate the canvas while drawing, and finally draw the arcs with stippling rather than a single stroke.
