Study for skyscrapers maximum mass permitted by the 1916 New York Zoning Law.
Model uses as input parameters like: lot size, max tower height, district class and area, surrounding streets etc. and generates skyscrapers with maximum permitted volume.
A few simple rules generate complex shapes and thousands of unique variations.

This project is also a tribute to Hugh Ferriss - pioneer architect exploring zoning rules, and NY - city shaped by zoning resolution.
