Seriscope Paintings are composed via a generative printing process similar to serigraphy (silkscreen). A number of abstract paintings were produced traditionally using a paper marbling technique and used as a dataset to combine 4 single-colour halftone layers to make the image.
Seriscope paintings are generatively composed from a selection of:
40 Background (Who) Paintings
61 Midground (What) Paintings
61 Midground (Where) Paintings
81 Foreground (Why) Paintings
The title of each painting is also generatively composed at the time of mint within the attributes of the work - who, what, where and why.
