Notes on randomness and rarity:
This token generates a random permutation of a transmission. A transmission consists of a set of points (interceptors) that a diagonally spanned across the canvas, and connected with lines.
These interceptors can sometimes occur in a square shape.
Sometimes the signal fails to connect two dots, the amount of drops in these connections makes up the decomposition parameter.
The colored ligaments come in a variety of colors, and sometimes the entire transmission has a different color scheme. Some color schemes are extremely rare.
