Hatchbeats are endless beat generators.

After a Hatchbeat loads, click once to start the beat, and click again to hatch it. Once hatched, clicking will toggle the audio.

Hatchbeats are not drum loops. Each Hatchbeat continuously improvises bars based on its prototype. Prototypes are patterns of hits where each hit has some probability of happening in any bar. There are 3 high hat prototypes and 4 kick/snare prototypes.

Each Hatchbeat selects high hat, kick, and snare sounds from 76 possible samples which have 8736 combinations. The playback rates of these samples are modified for each Hatchbeat to create a virtually infinite number of drum kits.

Hatchbeat tempos range from 140 bpm to 200 bpm and come in several colors.
