Rotation of Distortion

There are two remarkable aspects to this algorithm, the first is how it distorts and arranges lines next to each other, and the second is how it rotates them.
The combination of rotation and distortion produces special shapes, in some of which combination of lines distorted; in others, lines are rotated around a particular point. Some outputs, however, benefit from both of these equally and as a result produce an output that is more visually appealing.
There is only one color palette used in each output containing four colors in order to prevent confusion caused by the interference of colors.
