I recently faced covid, I can say it was one of the worst moments of my life, I questioned my sanity and if I would stay alive. What comforted me was to remember my childhood, my past, and I remembered the rugs I used to sit on to play or listen to stories, it is amazing how in the day to day we forget the little things in life that make us happy, sometimes we stop living to just survive.
