For my first ever generative art I wanted to solve the Circle packing problem using a simple but effective way based in the nature.
For each interaction, one circle is added in a random position and the rest of the universe grows one unit each time.
This universe is continuously expanding, resize the window and see what happens.
The uniqueness of each piece is also made by the color representation:
- Color palette: Pick one (or more, until 5!) from 200 curated color palettes to represent the universe.
- Background color: From the merged palette, the algorithm choose one of the colors randomly and create a variation of the luminosity increasing or decreasing a few steps, so every circle can be visible.
Who is going to get the biggest universe of the set in the first 40 seconds of the conception? Mint a piece and let figure it out together!
