MOYO

MOYO is generative piece building unique patterns.
The first algorithm was created in 2018, while visiting Kanazawa, a city on the west side of Japan.
Originally inspired by some kimono embroidery, I created some set of rules that will give life, recursively, to patterns generated inside a squared area.

Thanks to fxhash, I can pursue the original generative vision of those patterns by evolving the algorithm, and here comes MOYO.
This collection of 1024 pieces waiting to be minted offers new compositions, new rules and new colors.
During the iterative crafting process, I've been surprised by the algorithm which offered some unexpected kind of results, which have been kept for the final generation.
